Terms and Conditions
  1. The management of Lawn has the right to refuse the booking of lawn to anybody without stating any reason.
  2. No other function will be allowed other than one applied for.
  3. The 25% amount of lawn booking should be paid at the time of booking. Balance amount before 20 days of event.
  4. Kindly be advised that there will be a cleaning Charge of Rs. 10,000/- associated with the event, which will be the responsibility of the client.
  5. Firecrackers, alcohol, non-veg is not allowed in Kalasam Lawns premises.
  6. Sound and procession permission should be arranged by the customer. Copy of the same to be given to management 3 days prior to the function. Kalasam Lawn will not be responsible for any breach of sound policy of govt. or complaint pertaining to sound loud music and firecrackers as stated above.
  7. If any damage is done to the lawn or premises, then the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
  8. The lawn will be available for use on that day up to 11.30 pm. Light will be switched off after 11.45 pm.
  9. If any nuisance is done either to the lawn, premises or the timing are not adhered to, or any damage is caused, the management has the right to stop the function immediately.
  10. No nail or sticking of any sort is allowed on the walls of the lawn and hall.
  11. No damage should be caused to hedges and trees in the vicinity of the lawn.
  12. In case of failure of electricity and water supply, the management will not be responsible. As backup needs some time to come i.e., generator van.
  13. Vehicles parked and driven are at the owner’s risk. Please cooperate with the Valet and Security for parking of vehicles.
  14. The kitchen should be cleaned by the caterer’s staff before leaving, and the area should be cleaned and shown to the management.
  15. The lawn and premises should be cleaned, with all trash (e.g., plastic, paper) picked up by the catering staff.
  16. The kitchen will be handed over to caterers on the same day of the function, not before 4.00 am. Caterers should vacate the kitchen and premises immediately after the function.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

In our business, keeping our venue well-maintained is essential. Customers book our venue for their events up to a year in advance, paying the full fee and a deposit upfront. They understand that once they book, we do not look for other reservations, as bookings are usually made far ahead. So, if a customer cancels, we are left with an empty venue during a time when bookings are scarce. Therefore, we typically do not offer refunds for cancellations, except in unusual cases. We appreciate our customers understanding this.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Rest assured, we are here to support you through any changes to your event plans, working towards the best interests of both parties, i.e., the client and Kalasam Lawns, to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
  • If you need to cancel your event, do not worry! You have up to one year from the original event date to reschedule and host another event with us.
  • If you cancel your event and we can book another event at Kalasam Lawns for the same date, either through our own efforts or by the client who cancelled, any new rates will apply to the new booking, subject to the availability of our venue. In this case, we will refund the full amount to you.
